Marta dos Santos was born in 2008. One of her texts was featured in an anthology during her primary school years as part of a school project. However, it wasn’t until she was 12 that she realized she wanted to be a writer. It was at Palavras que Contam (Words that Count) that she developed her writing and had her first contact with illustration. She hopes to become a forensic investigator and balance that career with her dream of writing. She is passionate about Greek mythology, loves reading – especially romance and fantasy – and enjoys watching crime investigation series.
